  • Full refund may be issued if the project has not yet started

b. Early Project Stage

  • Partial refund may be granted after deducting:

    • Resource allocation costs
    • Administrative charges

c. Non-Delivery of Service

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed service (without valid reason), a refund may be processed

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delay caused by the client (lack of content, approvals, etc.)
  • Completed and delivered work
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (design/style)
  • Services involving third-party tools, licenses, or subscriptions

5. Third-Party Costs

Any payments made for third-party services are non-refundable, including:

  • Domain registration
  • Hosting services
  • Software licenses
  • Paid APIs or tools

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project begins for a full refund
  • Once work has started, cancellation will result in partial or no refund depending on progress

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent service suspension
  • We encourage clients to contact us to resolve any issues before escalating disputes
